Recruiter - campus hiring (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Lakeside Care Services supports families and individuals in Savannah with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to visit scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
