Recruiter - campus hiring (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Ivory Health Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 331 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
