Recruiter - campus hiring (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Insurance Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
