Recruiter - campus hiring (San Diego, CA)

Bright Sable Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Diego, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
