Recruiter - campus hiring (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Timber Financial is a financial-services company in San Diego. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
