Recruiter - campus hiring (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in San Diego, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
