Recruiter - campus hiring (San Diego, CA)

Bright Pine Community Partners is a nonprofit in San Diego supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
