Recruiter - campus hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Bright North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Antonio. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
