Recruiter - campus hiring (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Wilder Early Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
