Recruiter - campus hiring (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
