Recruiter - campus hiring (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Haven Early Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 245 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
