Recruiter - campus hiring (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Birch Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
