Recruiter - campus hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Sacramento with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
