Recruiter - campus hiring (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sparrow Facilities and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
