Recruiter - campus hiring (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Cedar Banking Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
