Recruiter - campus hiring (Sacramento, CA)

Cedar Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Sacramento serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
