Recruiter - campus hiring (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Richmond region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
