Recruiter - campus hiring (Richmond, VA)

Summit Fox Early Learning runs childcare centres in Richmond caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 954 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
