Recruiter - campus hiring (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Iron Learning Group Partners runs classrooms and tutoring across the Richmond area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
