Recruiter - campus hiring (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ivory Health and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
