Recruiter - campus hiring (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vista Community Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
