Recruiter - campus hiring (Reno, NV)

Highbridge River Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Reno, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
