Recruiter - campus hiring (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Reno, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 742 people based in Reno. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
