Recruiter - campus hiring (Reno, NV)

Cedar Iron Housing Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
