Recruiter - campus hiring (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Clear Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
