Recruiter - campus hiring (Reno, NV)

Fernwood Nest Staffing places workers with employers around Reno, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 758 people based in Reno. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
