Recruiter - campus hiring (Reno, NV)

Greenridge West Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
