Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to caregiver training. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
