Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Fernwood Field Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
