Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark Wren Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Raleigh. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
