Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
