Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Linden Health is a healthcare provider in Oakland with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
