Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Northwind Glen Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 390 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
