Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Westbrook Quarry Freight Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
