Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
