Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bright Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
