Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Ironwood Vista Financial is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
