Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Bright Financial serves customers across Reno with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 331 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan applications. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan applications. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
