Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Greenridge Union Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Tucson serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
