Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Stonegate Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Wichita focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
