Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Wren Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Toledo, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
