Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Ironwood Stone Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
