Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Little Rock with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
