Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark Nest Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Oakland, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
