Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Harborlight Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Charleston with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loan files. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
