Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Denver with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
