Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fern Environmental Services Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
