Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Silverline Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Madison, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
