Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Ironwood Harbor Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tracking. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
