Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Highbridge Glen Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Chicago, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
